We had a good couple of hours but as I took my daughter teenage daughters it was disappointing that a lot of the bigger rides were closed for the first few hours that we were there. Two of the main rides never opened which was a disappointment. Saying that Madagascar and How to train your dragon were excellent.

Nice day out, it’s too hot during the day so dreamworks(indoor section of the park) is ideal for the first part of the day then the others. The vip buggy is a waste of time and money as the park isn’t too big at all, and also the buggy has its limitations (can’t go all the way in and it has to be ordered so there’s waiting around for it)

Motiongate has very few people in weekdays making it very easy to ride EVERYTHING. The longest wait we had was just 3 minutes before our turn so we got to ride everything we wanted. There are many rides good for kids and elderly. So even 60-70 year old can enjoy the rides. For big thrills like roller coaster, there are just enough of them. Though not as big and fast as other theme parks, it's still good enough for those who are selling the thrill. Best time to go is the afternoon free shuttle at Dubai Mall and other pickup locations. Shuttle going back is 8pm so there's just enough time to ride 5-7 rides (granting there's very few people), see the last Dance Show at 6:30pm then go home. Going early just makes you spend for expensive lunch and have nothing to do anymore by late afternoon. Highly recommended to visit esp since it's a new attraction and different from the big two: Disney and Universal Studios.
