We had a fantastic cruise - and the broadcast dialogue from the guide was absolutely wonderful. He had a great sense of humour. We were very lucky that after days of wind and rain, the sun came out just in time for our cruise so we were able to see lots of waterfalls that otherwise would not have been present. The several permanent waterfalls were great to see as well.

Although, the weather wasn't the best, the views from the boat were beautiful. You could stay cozy and warm indoors, drinking a hot drink or walk outside and be one with the elements. The captain gave a commentary of things to look for. We drove ourselves to Milford from Manapouri, with the rain there were numerous waterfalls flowing down the mountains, my kids and l stopped numerous times to look.

Cruise and crew were very friendly and helpful. The detailed commentary from the guide about milford, native plants, waterfalls was great. It was enjoyable cruise regardless of very bad weather on 31st Nov. Kids loved it too.. we saw the seals too.. very much recommended. We would have loved the walk from parking to the terminal more had it not been pouring on that day. Regardless we had a lovely time. Thank you!
