Skip the lines to Palma Cathedral, built by the Crown of Aragon on the site of a Moorish-era mosque. Started during the reign of Jaime II, the magnificent sandstone monument is a work of ecclesiastical art. It comprises of 3 naves, including the main nave that houses the Trinidad Chapel where the remains of the kings Jaime II and Jaime III can be found. Admire highlights of the façade, such as the imposing columns of the main door and the sculptures by Guillermo Sagrera on the south facing Portal del Mirador. Breathtaking first impression just from the outside, it is very large and viewable from the entire city. Inside, we didn't really need to use the skip the line, maybe because it was a quiet day we were there on a Thursday between 1:30 pm and 3 pm, but we got right in and still had to only wait 5-7 people in, so we didn't need the skip the line. But who would of thought. At any rate, the church is worth going in to have a peak and sit if you like and walk around it on your own time. IT's simply beautiful and old. Don't want to spoil it so go see for yourself.

Excellent. Was worried that we wouldn't have enough euros or maybe they would've had a problem with taking card, so we decided to check online for tickets, and luckily we found this. Made the trip go smoother as we were also worried that they might've run out of tickets. We arrived about 20 minutes before they opened to the public and there was a short line we still had to wait in (same line as people buying tickets on site), but it didn't take long at all. Got to enjoy the beautiful cathedral and see one of the largest rose windows in Europe while the sunlight poured colors throughout the interior.
