Know before you go
- Due to the work being carried out at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the tour route will be temporarily affected and these areas will not be visited: the perimeter of the playing field; virtual reality area; the Presidential Box; first team dressing room; player's tunnel; press room
- No shows will not be refunded
- Real Madrid FC reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to events held at the stadium or circumstances beyond their control
- On Match Days the tour will be open until 5 hours before the kick off, with no access to the dressing rooms
- This tour is not accessible for those with reduced mobility
