Full description
Begin your group tour of the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam with a prompt hotel pick-up from your Las Vegas area hotel around 5:30 AM. Start your journey with a complimentary pick up in your hotel (from Strip Hotels only). Head out of Las Vegas well before the big bus tours are finished loading, ensuring more time in the park and space at the viewpoints before the largest bus groups arrive. Less than an hour from the Strip, stop for pictures at the famed Hoover Dam, a 756 foot tall and 650-foot thick block of concrete built-in 1936 to provide electricity for the growing urban centers nearby. Continue on your way towards Grand Canyon National Park, stopping briefly in Kingman, Arizona for a coffee and restroom break. Before arriving at the park, stop for lunch along historic route 66 at Seligman, Arizona. Time for pick up lunch at subway (included) and for stretch your legs and step your feet along the pavement of America's best known western Highway before heading back to the van to continue towards the highlight of the day, your stop at Grand Canyon National Park's South Rim. Arriving at the park at approximately 12 PM, have options on how you wish to spend your time. You can take the free shuttle that will take you to the Hermit Road (excluding winter season) and sightsee several viewpoints or spend your time hiking the Rim trail with the most famous views of the West and accessing the visitor's centers, Yavapai Museum of Geology, Hopi House and even more. Your driver/guide will help you decide what option is best for you. Enjoy around 4 hours of your own time within the park. Once you've gorged upon unreal vistas and nowhere-else-on-earth photo opportunities, head back to meet your driver for your relaxing drive back to Las Vegas, stopping for bathrooms and a dinner stop along the way. Depending on local traffic conditions, expect to return to your hotel by approximately 8:30 PM.

From start to finish, sunrise to sunset, Mel made the experience one of a kind. Her personal testimony and heartfelt sharing made each experience feel special. She was patient and kind with all of the guests and personalized many moments for us. We felt safe and well taken care of during our road trip with her and would do it again! Thanks Mel for the laughs and amazing visit to the historic stops! XOXO

This was a fantastic day at Grand Canyon National Park with Coexist West Coast. I've been to Zion and Bryce Canyons and also to Antelope Canyon with them and decided to take this excursion to Grand Canyon and I'm not regret a penny. Vehicle was good and clean and filled with nice goodies as always. We also went to Hoover Dam and Route 66 and this added a lot to our experience. Our guide was very informative and always willing to satisfy us in all manners. I've to Grand Canyon West at the Skywalk before and I don't recommend it, go the National Park and then you'll really experience what Grand Canyon is. Thanks again guys for this memorable day in mother nature!

The trip was good, I miss a little more time on Route 66, they only gave us 15 min counting on what all the passengers got off and only enough to take pictures and not go to the souvenir shop Comment that I hired a tour in 16 people go the day before with you the day before and I don't arrive. A bus is more reliable than a bus because they are informal because it is a small tour, putting a pretext that we were not on time and if we were, the local provider never called us, we contacted him by mail and cell phone and never answered. Eye, better pay less and hire a bus than something more expensive and personalized and that is an informality, the good thing we still had 2 more days in Vegas and they placed us the next day on another tour (bus), it is comfortable and very formal.
