Meeting point

When you arrive at the IST Istanbul Airport a representative of the company will meet you displaying a card with T34 Sign. After luggage claim area you will reach arrival hall. You need to go to Exit Gate 8 Our Greeting Staff with T34 sign will be on the right hand side of the Exit Gate 8 Please see the attached image and video for greeting sign at airport: Our Greeting staff will assist you to meet with your driver.

Know before you go

  • The Taksim and the Old City areas of Istanbul are considered city hotel locations. If you are staying at other locations, there may be additional fees
  • Pickup only available on the European side. No pickup is available from Cevahir Hotel, Asia
  • Please provide the following information prior to the transfer: flight details, e.g. arrival time and flight number and the name and address of your hotel
  • It takes about 30 minutes to get from Old City to the airport, and 45 minutes to get from Taksim to the airport if there is no traffic. When you book your transfer, keep the possibility of traffic in mind
  • Incoming flights will be monitored. Representatives will be there for you on time even if there is a delay to your flight
  • Please note that due to new regulations, it is mandatory to provide the following information of each passenger: gender, full name, nationality, passport or ID number and phone number. Without these information, transportation can be refused
