Our driver was very friendly, pointing out various sites along the way to our hotel. He had come prepared with bottles of water which was great because we forgot to stop to get some after we had gotten off the plane. Would definitely book this transportation again.

Nach einem holprigen Flug kamen wir in London Heathrow an. Als wir in die Ankunftshalle kamen, fanden wir unseren Fahrer nicht sofort, denn dort waren unzählige Anbieter. Ein Telefonat und 5 Minuten später hatte uns der Fahrer gefunden (oder wir ihn). Ab ging es ins Parkhaus, wo uns drei ein sauberer 9sitzer erwartet. Der Fahrer war ruhig aber freundlich, wenn wir ihn etwas gefragt haben und er uns uns super ins Hotel gebracht. Wenn der Rücktransport auch so gut klappt, perfekt!!!

The driver was not waiting for us at Heathrow Arrivals. After waiting several minutes, I called the transfer company who said I should look in a different area near the stores (not far). So I went there -- still no driver. After a few more minutes, I called company again who said that the driver was there and he was looking for us and should be there in 30 seconds. Well, he still didn't show up. Called again and they said he should be walking in and as we were still on the phone he came walking in from outside. He apologized and said traffic was very bad. What I didn't appreicate was the misinformation about him already being in the terminal looking for us when he clearly was not. The overall ride was fine.
