Annecy was beautiful the open market in the old town was great.

The visit to Annecy happened on time and we were back by 1.30pm. The bus was packed and seating was competitve. However the city tour started only at 2.15pm and finished at 5.30pm. It was by bus, train and boat. The live guide, Gabriel who spoke on the bus was good, but the electronic voice on the train and boat was not heard most of the time, especially on the boat. Although it was meant to be 7 hours it took 8 1/2 hours to finish.

You need to tell your guests they need passports!!!

Hector was an excellently guide. Friendly informative and very helpful! Published information about the tour was either lacking or wrong!!! Tour ended 7 pm not 5 pm as stated. No mention of a passport was mentioned so we just about missed the tour by going to the hotel and unable to return when the bus departed ! Poor organization regarding communications with your customers!!! When people travel long distances and join your tour... Such miscommunications can ruin a vacation and create bad memories about key tours!!!!

Great overview of Geneva City and Annecy

The city tour provided a great introduction to the history and features of the city. The train ride to the old town was a unique way to see aspects of the town which would be difficult by walking, and the commentary was informative. The boat ride provided a different and unique perspective and was an enjoyable way to see the city ono both sides of the lake. Annecy is a cute historical town that has preserved itself well, and was a great place top visit out of the main city.
