Full description
Spend a day getting to know the enchanting region of Cinque Terre. You'll visit 4 villages in total, suspended between sea and land, seemingly hanging from sheer cliffs and surrounded by hills and vineyards. When you arrive in the small village of Manarola there will be time to explore before taking the local train to Riomaggiore, where you’ll stop to admire the charming town. Take a train to Monterosso, an ancient fishing village considered “the pearl of the Cinque Terre", with its enchanting beaches and luxuriant vegetation. You’ll have a chance to swim in the crystal-clear sea and enjoy a traditional light lunch. Continue by ferry to Riomaggiore and Vernazza and experience the intricate layout of this village with its narrow lanes (carruggi) and steep stairways. Afterwards the tour continues to La Spezia, where the bus will be waiting to take you back to Florence.

I reserved a tour in English, however, the actual tour was given in both English and Spanish both. The guide Federica spoke very quickly in order to provide all of the information in both languages. Combining two different language tours does not create a pleasant situation. The guide rarely smiled and seemed impatient with participants asking questions, especially with English speakers. This is the first time I have been disappointed with a tour guide’s attitude.

We loved this tour! It was a long day and a little crazy with so many guests, but our tour guide was Marco and he was incredible! He obviously loves his job and is very good at it. He was knowledgeable, patient and fluent in several languages. Thank you for a great day!

A must see!

So gorgeous! We loved going to Cinque Terre! A lot to see and do resulting in a long day, but lots of free time to shop, eat etc. Our guide Gabriel was great and very clear on instructions and meeting points. My husband and adult children went on this tour and we all loved it!
