Allows you to do maximum activity and take public transportation without worrying about spending too much. The only downside perhaps, would be that you can only do one activity during the stay. Indeed, we wanted to return to the Tivoli and we were not able to stay there for 5 days, which is a shame.

Copenhagen Card very expensive (55 euros for a day) but definitely useful. It allows you to move freely throughout the city by all means. Also included in the price is the entrance to Tivoli without rides (18 euros) and visits to all the main museums and castles (around 10 per entrance). The price is high but still allows you to spend less than using single tickets ( from 3 to 10 euros per ride)

Order your ticket online, exchange it for a card at the information desk at the airport voucher - and off you go on the first train ride to the main train station. From there, only a daily plan was made of what exactly we would like to see and taken by metro, S-Bahn, bus or train. You can get on and off as often as you want, you don't have to worry about which card you need in which zone, just wonderfully independent. As soon as you plan to visit as many attractions as possible or visit museums, you MUST buy the Copenhagen Card.
