Overall experience was an 8/10! Chichen itza was beautiful the pictures are no justice! It’s amazing. The tour guide was very knowledgeable! Small language barrier but for the most part excellent! The cenote was beautiful but i felt we didn’t have enough time there as most time was spent at chichen itza. We were kinda rushed because we had to eat lunch and then rush to swim. We only had about 20 min in cenote. Also there is no opportunity for a close photo opportunity as shown in the advertisement. I was looking forward to that but your only photo opportunity is in the water or from high above. The photo advertised is not possible. The tour guides were very friendly and informative! We had a great time and i would recommend this experience to anyone visiting!!

Really nice tour to see Chichen Itza! Morning hotel pick-up by van in Cancun, and then we met at a gas station to join a larger coach bus. Nice drive to Chichen Itza where we got divided up into smaller groups for a guided tour. After, we had an hour of free-time to explore on our own. We then drove to the cenote where we had a really delicious buffet lunch. Swimming in the cenote was a highlight of its own and I would absolutely recommend! After this, we stopped for a short break in Valladolid. My only suggestions would be for the guides to wear name tags so remember their names. Also, the tour was both in Spanish and English. It was sometimes hard to understand when they would go back and forth so quickly. I would have preferred a tour only in English. Bring extra water and lots of small bills for little purchases and tips. Overall, I would recommend this tour!
