The guide Manuel Agresor was outstanding, knowledgeable, funny, patience and a great orator. We wanted a historic tour more than anything and he gave us more than what we expected. Thank you Manuel!!! You are great! Transportation was late other than that it was wonderful

Thorough guide "around"& through the city, doesn't really go into the old city except at the end to visit emerald products being marketed etc However the guide's narration around the modern city was very informative and the best part of the tour was the Fortress San Felipe (Magnificent!) No one on the school bus spoke English so the tour guide was only too thrilled that I am bilingual and he conducted the entire tour in Spanish which was fine. The panoramic view from La Popa was nice but if you're not impressed by religious artifacts the monastery was a bit "extra." I felt the pick up and meet up processed MAY HAVE been well organized but it felt a bit sluggish.

Carlos was absolutely amazing! He explained everything in both English and Spanish. Really helps understand the importance of Cartagena. He went the extra mile to keep us informed and give us time for pictures, questions, and to purchase items. He even dropped our items off at our hotel after leaving them on the bus! Highly recommend!
