Guide was knowledgeable and passionate about the ruins and history. Driver was much braver than I would have been with the traffic and so made much better time than we would have if we had rented a car. It also made intermittent napping an option which several people, including myself, took advantage of. Van seemed standard for the area, the A/C functioned and it was clean and in good repair. Van seats were bucket style and not 15-passenger style. They provided bottled water at various times for all guests regardless of the tour version - had beer for upgrade The upgraded with box lunches in the morning and 2 beverages at lunch had a sandwich was wonder bread/deli meat/American cheese. We had arrived the previous evening so I didn't want to worry about breakfast. I would recommend bring a snack if you don't do this option Lunch was a buffet attached to a gift shop supporting the Mayan school and hosts large numbers of tour buses near CI. Beverages were available to purchase
