Great trip, you have to see both these cities. The guide was speaking with a good accent and the service was good overall. On the negative side we had to walk a serious amount to and from the bus to the center and this is not good in aspect of time. And also at the end from the moment we started going to the bus the guide stopped speaking. We could have heard a lot of stuff in these 30 min walk to the bus and the 1,5 hour drive back. Also the earphones on the radio we used to hear the guide were terrible and very outdated.

Excellent tour! All very professional, the meeting point is an established venue very close to the Grand Place, easy to find. The excellent guide. I recommend taking an umbrella for unforeseen weather, yesterday it rained a bit in Bruges but that didn't stop us from continuing to enjoy the explanations and the places we visited.

Beautiful experience thanks also to our guide Stefan who explained the history to us very well and showed us the most beautiful points of these fantastic cities. The tour wasn't in Italian so we chose Spanish. Stefan actually spoke both English and Spanish so having both languages available and knowing both we were able to understand our guide without any problems. Pity about the bad weather and pity that in winter we could not take the boat trip but it was still worth it.
