We thought this tour was amazing our tour guide was very knowledgeable, giving us great facts all the way through about the areas we were travelling through. We were never rushed at any point he very much encouraged taking all the pictures we wanted, and he directed us that he would be at the end of what block waiting for us with his light up hat and matching stick. The only issue we occurred was the New York traffic which is not the tours fault but I do think they should have an alternative drop off point as we were stuck on the bus trying to find a spot to drop us off as the police had blocked a few roads off around Times Square making the tour last instead of 3.5hrs it was 4.5/5hrs of which over 1hr was trying to make our way back to the drop off point.

Our Tour Guide was Great during the drive to and from Brooklyn! He gave some very interesting facts about New York! When we got to Brooklyn to see the lights, he went way too fast - We (and others) stopped to take pictures and were immediately disconnected from the group - He warned us this would happen but dang, I thought he would offer a better grace period 😂 Thankfully he wore a big glove with lights on it so we could find him! This happened several times and we always felt like we were holding him up!!! It was verrrry cold so i’m not sure if that was part of the rush but i wanted to get what I paid for! We were clearly on “his” schedule! I feel like we missed some things but overall it was a good tour! The bus driver was amazing- She drove with such care and poise!

Beautiful experience that takes away at least four hours. It's a pity that the traffic was intense on the way back and therefore we were only in Dumbo for 10 minutes, it would have been nicer to stay at least half an hour. All in all, if you have several days available, this tour is worth doing, especially with children
