Really enjoyed our tour Lukas, it was a great way to get to know a bit more about Brno. Lucas was very knowledgeable, very friendly and spoke perfect English. He also had lots of fun facts to share with us. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Brno.

My wife and I were fortunate to have Luca as our guide. He was charming, insightful and funny. His English was excellent. There seemed to be a humorous story to be told at most of the sites. His advice about not forgetting to look upwards proved true at St. James (Jakuba) church. High on the wall to the right hand side of the main entry is a sculpture of a naked child baring his backside to the direction of the St. Peter and Paul cathedral. Want to know the reason why? Then book a tour with Luca. Phil and Jane Australia

Full description

Stroll through the historic center of Brno, capital of Moravia, and admire rich architectural treasures by day or in the evening. Visit top attractions such as the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul.

Follow your guide to piazzas such as Liberty Square (the main market square from the Middle Ages), Freedom Square and Capuchin Square (Kapucínské náměstí), where the crypt of the Capuchin Monastery holds the mummified remains of city noblemen. Go to the Vegetable Market, situated over a labyrinth of underground corridors that were used to store food, brew beer and mature wine.

Look at the allegorical carvings of the Parnassus Fountain and admire the Renaissance facade of the Reduta Theatre, where Mozart once played. Hear the legend of the dragon and the wheel at the Old Town Hall, and see the New Town Hall, House of the Noblemen of Leipa, and Church of St. James before heading back along Joseph Street (Josefska).

During festive holidays, such as Christmas and Easter, visit traditional markets and get to know more about the Czech traditions and customs.

Our guide (Lukas) gave us a great and interesting tour. He is very kind and polite. He gave us a good overview of the Czech history and Brno's history. But also information about the city and it's landmarks. We enjoy the tour a lot. Also congratulations to Lukas because he speak a flawless English, one of the best we have heard during guided tours.
