Denis was such a nice guy who was so knowledgable of Estonian history and traditions that it made the trip. The dis-used USSR barracks was very interesting and well worth the drive to reach. The Open fishing museum and market took you back to Medieval times where you could see how people lived off the water. The TV Tower gave you a brilliant view of Tallinn whilst the Olympic village was beautiful to see in the sunshine. Thank you Denis for a wonderful trip.
Kris was an excellent guide. His information was in-depth and he could discuss many aspects of the Soviet period. Highlights of the tour were a visit to a memorial site, an old Soviet telecommunications tower, a local museum of Soviet items and an old missile base. We saw some of the country and learnt about life on a Soviet collective farm. A fascinating tour with an involved, knowledgeable guide.
