Excellent. Made our way to stand 71 in airport as instructed, the kiosk booked us in & told us to wait until they shouted on us. Group of 12 were given instructions as a group, how to exit airport and collect water taxi … so well organised. We entered water taxi as first in boat - were last to get out location wise, no need to fret, boat driver sorted everything! Scenic trip up grand canal to hotel a bonus!

It’s a great way to arrive in Venice and they went right to my hotel dock. It was a bit crowded and definitely not the fastest way to get there, but I suppose that’s how shared transport can go. I was a little stressed for pickup since it was from an ACTV stop and I wasn’t sure which dock to be at but it worked out fine and all was well.

The only improvement would be the price, however, I expect with fuel and maintenance, what would be a happy medium? The journey time was much shorter than advertised, hence why I feel the price was a tad expensive, perhaps personalised pricing based on location? Girls at Desk 71 were friendly and helpful, easy enough to get to the pick up point and smooth easy transfer
