Definitely a great way to see the city, learn some of the history, and know where you want to explore deeper. The buses were pretty available and the free app to track where they were so you could time your presence at a stop was great! The only thing that could use improving are the headsets they provide or at least the ability to have louder volume. They are the kind of earbuds that tend to pop out and so hearing the audio required constant adjustment of the earbud in your ear. If you have a good personal set of headphones with a long enough cable and audio jack, I’d recommend bringing them.

It was our first time booking with the big bus. It was a beautiful day and we learned Alot of interesting facts along the way. It was convenient for us to hop off to go do other activities and hop on when we wanted to get back on. Also we enjoyed the flexibility to on top of bus with views or be downstairs in the air-conditioning in case it got too hot. The bus operators were very kind and knowledgeable. We stopped to visit the Field museum which I must say was an all day even in itself. The bus also had a live app to follow what stop they currently were on and when a bus was full another back up was right behind them to pick up the slack. We had a pleasant experience. To get the best money out of the experience, I recommend doing other little activities that won't take up your majority of your day like the field museum did to get the best value. We were too tired to stop anywhere else after that museum.

I really enjoyed it! I was a bit concerned because I had read very mixed reviews. Our guide had many interesting facts and information to share and was a bit funny. The driver drove safely and I felt at ease. My boys said it seemed like the air conditioning was not working below, but we sat upstairs so we had the sun and the breeze. One thing that should be addressed is that the microphone worked well but the way the speaker spoke into it made a muffle and it was hard to understand. The commentary while under the bridges was also difficult to hear and understand.
