Matt provided an excellent diversity of food options as well as some tidbits of information related to Stockholm and the food culture. The group had 13 people plus the guide so I felt it was a little difficult to get into some spaces without impacting other people around us, and in my opinion the group should be no larger than 8 in total. But, that aside, the tour is absolutely worth it, and provides more than enough food. You will not walk away hungry! Fantastic experience

we tasted a lot of different things (all small portions), the guide was very kind and enthusiastic, and we saw different parts of Stockholm as well with a nice group of about 15 people; however, what I've noticed is that the stops we did don't always correspond with the description on the website so maybe this should be updated

The variety of food and nibbles gave us a great taste of Swedish hospitality. Swedish meatballs were on the menu (very tasty and much better than the blue & yellow store version!) but also a fine selection of cheese and smoked meats at our first stop in Östermalms Saluhall. Walking to our next food hall, our host Dhimiter also highlighted points of interest of culture, history and architecture through the neighbourhoods. At Hötorgshallen, we enjoyed fish; a lovely tomato based fish soup served with a small taster of the popular toast skagen (shrimp), fried herring, and cured salmon paired with a nice French Chardonnay (shame the Swedes have not yet mastered wine!) To cleanse the palate, we tasted a huge variety of liquorice from sweet to the very, very salty, to more decadent chocolate covered versions and finally a stroll across to Gamlastan where we ended the tour with The variety of fika. A great way to learn about the Swedish food and culture. Bring good shoes and an empty stomach.
