Personally just never got to use this voucher as we couldn't find how to use the voucher .Didn't realize just had to show it on the bus until the voucher was almost done .So I don't feel I got value for my money .I thought it would start from the day I first used it and couldn't find how to use it .also it disappeared on my app to shoe driver after I found that I just needed to show it .Very disappointed didn't get to use it .

We had a really good time travelling Roma! And saw some lovely sights only negatives would be in Vatican City you’re dropped quite far from the Vatican so if you have health conditions you wouldn’t be able to walk it but apart from that very happy and staff were lovely!

There are lots of tour companies running these buses but this one goes the extra mile to look after its customers even after you have parted with the cash for your 1 or 2 day bus tour. My daughter left her mobile on the bus which we discovered a couple of hours later (I never thought we would see it again!) and the people at the company went above and beyond to help us locate it. Everyone we came into contact with was super helpful. Thank you to the receptionist, Louanna, one of the guides and to the person who handed the phone in and everyone who helped my 16yr old have her phone back within a couple of hours!
