Rome: Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel Skip-the-Line Tour

From the first initial contact with the tour operator to arriving at the meeting point, we knew that we were in the hands of professionals and people who truly valued you as a customer. Our guide Paulina was fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to stop to allow is to take photographs and always checked in with everyone to ensure that we all understood the information she was giving us. Paulina was able to answer any question that was asked of her and as we had ear pieces she was clear and concise in her speech. She even ensured that all our radios were working and a few people who had issues she dealt with immediately. We upgraded on the day to the guided tour of the Basillica so the tour was 3 hours in total. 3 hours and Paulina spoke for the whole duration informing us every step of the way and there was not a single moment we were not engaged. The trip was for my husbands 50th Birthday so thank you Once upon Time tours for helping to make it special. xx

Paulina war super, den Besuch mit Guide (und Skip the Line) zu buchen hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Natürlich hat das Museum viel mehr zu bieten als das, was wir in knapp 2 Stunden gesehen haben. Und die Menschenmassen an Besuchern sind erschreckend. Aber dank Audio und der tollen Erläuterungen haben wir interessante Einblicke in die imposante Sammlung bekommen. Ende der Tour am Eingang des Petersdom (ohne nochmalige Security).

Our guide Rudy was very good and knowledgeable but speaks very fast Also our group highly appreciate that you waited for us to start the group as we were lost , couldn’t find the meeting location , we called your office and your representative was very helpful and understanding the situation Thank God we finally arrived just few seconds before tour started
