The guide who handed us out headsets and signe día in was lovely!!! She was possibly named Mirelle with long brown hair and treated everyone with so much kindness and respect. It must have been hard because of the busy atmosphere and confusion. However, the men who accompanied her (singing in other groups) mocked the guests, in particular one young man talked badly in Italian about a family. He was quite rude! It made me not want to visit the gallery. Our guide was ok but also a bit callous. My father is 88 and she rushed through the whole gallery. She never looked back to see if he was behind.

The guide was very professional, the gallery is big and you can hardly see 20% of the paintings and statues, but the tour was arranged well so we could enjoy most of the outstanding masterpieces. The explanations were interesting. Highly recommend this giuded tour.
