- The capacity of the plane is 3 people and the weight limit is 110 kilograms (242 pounds) per seat and 220 kilograms (485 pounds) for a 3-seater aircraft fuselage
- One child under 3 years old can ride on parent's lap for free and won't be counted in the number of passengers
- In order to ensure safe cruising, the activity course may change or be cancelled entirely depending on the weather conditions on the day; in case of cancellation, a full refund will be provided.
- Due to the lack of cargo space, baggage must be carried on the lap.
