Start by meeting your guide at the main entrance of the Castle Park and take a tour of the Samurai Museum. Stop by displays of authentic samurai artifacts and learn about their history and role in the culture.

Next, walk the grounds of the Castle Main Keep and hear fascinating stories of ninjas and samurai in feudal Japan. Learn about the building's history as the home of the Hojo clan, which ruled the area for five generations during the Sengoku period.

Excellent guided tour of Odowara Castle grounds with background information about the Samurai clans and how the castle stood undefeated for 3 months. Excellent Ninja class! It was a wonderful hands on experience, from ninja rituals, to meditation, warrior skills and etiquete. We had a very knowledgeable Ninja and guide who gave us a truly memorable experience! The time flew by and we loved every minute!

My Girlfriend and I really enjoyed the Tour. The Tour Guide Naoya, or as he liked to be called „Ninja“, was very friendly, knowledgeable and humorous! First we walked outside of the castle area and he informed us about the history of the castle. Then we went up the castle tower and enjoyed the view. After that we took the Ninja course, guided by a reallife Ninja. We wore ninja clothes and did several Ninja related Tests to become Ninjas as well. The Ninja Teacher was also humorous and very energetic! He was also very encouraging. We almost felt like in an Anime. At the end we were nominated Ninjas too. In conclusion we appreciate the kindness, energy and the courtesy of the Guides. They did this tour with passion and heart ! 100% recommendation ! Especially for Families with kids.
