Plitvice Lakes is a beautiful place to visit, especially at this quieter time of year, and when the trees have their autumn colours. Our day trip from Zadar allowed 4-5 hours at the national park and plenty of time to walk about 8km of the trails. A lovely boat trip was included. Our guide, Bojan, provided the perfect amount of information and guidance, and we had time to ourselves as well. It was a really enjoyable day.
The day trip was absolutely amazing. Our guide Bojan communicated with us clearly and he was so kind, you could tell he was truly passionate about what he done; not only was he telling us a lot of interesting information, but he also naturally made great conversation with everyone along the walk. The journey wasn’t too bad as the time passed quickly, and we even stopped to buy food beforehand. The park itself was absolutely beautiful, there was a lot to see, and definitely worth the time and money. I highly recommend to anyone.
