GYG was unable to get me a valid transportation card. The pdf card/ticket they sent me had already expired I tried to work through their chat function but alas a valid card was never delivered. I went to the hotel concierge and I bought a valid card from him.

Probably a very useful acquisition if you’re looking to head much further afield than the old town, or if you’re staying outside of the central areas - most of the main sights are within walking distances (if you’re willing/able). We only ended up using the train passes to get to Schönbrunn and back. The discounts probably help pay for the ticket if you’re going into plenty of the exhibitions etc, but we didn’t! Trains and stations are clean, the lines are easy to navigate. In short - could be worthwhile but work out if you’d actually need it.

It was a great experience for me. If you are a classic music lover, you have to try musicverein. However, if you want to watch the concert from the front row, you should pay attention to your suit. Otherwise, the woman who issued the ticket can give you the back row.
