To begin with, the ordeal started with the pick-up for the tour. Despite being at the designated location on time and waiting patiently for over an hour, the tour agent had the audacity to call me and complain about my absence. It was infuriating to be accused of not being present when I was actually there, ready and waiting. What made matters worse was the complete lack of apology and the downright rude and unprofessional attitude displayed during the phone conversation. It left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. The tour guide at Baalbek seemed more interested in rushing through the itinerary than in providing a meaningful and engaging experience. Moreover, when participants asked questions, the guide appeared annoyed and responded with curt and dismissive answers, showing a complete lack of professionalism and customer service.

Very nice activity worth it 100%

We had a great day! We were picked up at the hotel by a very nice driver in a comfortable SUV and drove through the beautiful Lebanon Mountains and the Bekaa Valley to Baalbek. The temple complexes are overwhelming! Everything important about the creation and history was explained to us by a local guide. Then we went on to the winery... the underground passages, more than 2000 years old, in which the wine is stored are worth seeing! The trip was well planned and organized. Definitely recommendable.
