We were very satisfied with the tour. What we would like to emphasize positively: Very well and professionally organized great entertainment while driving Our guide and driver were great and extremely friendly What would improve: Everyone had to take part in the zip lining and the boat tour or wait, which I would then only offer as a complete package The day tour and evening tour in one day is a bit too long But we would book a tour with you again in a heartbeat!

There's a lot of driving involved for the Underground River but it was definitely very impressive and our guide Jack was great. The Zip Line takes you over the ocean which is very cool but also a pretty short experience. The Firefly part of the tour in the evening was cool but considering the drive there and back.. not really worth it that much but if you've never seen Firefly's its a cool one time thing to do. Overall it was a good experience, jump on the tourist bandwagon for it as it makes getting around and so on a lot easier.

Our guide Kyle was very passionate about his job and had a great amount of knowledge about the area! Our bus arrived on time and was comfortable, it picked us up at our hotel and dropped us back there after. The tour duration was from 7am to 5pm and because there were different activities if you didn't sign up for them all you were waiting for other people in the group to do them (you could choose to add on activities at the time if you wanted). We booked the combo tour of the Underground River and Firefly Watching tour but they were separate tours which was not communicated to us beforehand. Kyle contacted the company to ensure we wouldn't miss the Firefly tour bus after we raised it. Overall, the tours were worthwhile!
