The trip was great. What I did not like is that they make you put your personal item (very small backpack or bag) in the luggage compartment. My backpack would have fit perfectly under the seat… Otherwise everything was great, the bus was on time and there were enough free places. We booked through this site like two minutes before boarding the bus, after we saw there were enough free places.

Overall the transportation was great and easy to find but our driver was rude and getting into arguments with people coming onto the bus. He wasn’t letting anyone bringing any sort of backpack or bag on the bus. He was making them put everything under the bus along with luggage. (I only note this because there were people who were adamant about needing to keep their small backpack with them but he wouldn’t let them. We went on a different bus on the way back and the driver let everyone take whatever they wanted.)

very practical and easy transfer to termini bus station (around 30 minutes). just show the e-voucher to the transvision staff just outside the bus before departing. the service was first come-first served, so better to reach the bus terminal as soon as possible. the bus was clean, and wifi is provided.
