We absolutely loved this experience. We feel we got so much history and genuine idea of British Royalty and their wealth! Loved seeing the Crown Jewels and the regalia used in the recent coronation. So well preserved and beautifully presented and it was easy to get around. Living history! Signage was great.

It was a very informative and interesting tour. We really enjoyed the Yeoman Warder, and the history of the Tower of London . We only wish we would have seen the Crown Jewels before we took the tour to avoid the very long ques. We also liked going through the different parts of the Tower! We had a good time!

Once we understood what our tickets included, we got our audio headsets and followed the program. It was a nice way to see all the exhibits at one’s own pace. Purchasing tickets in advance is a must and getting in early has advantages. Because of our early confusion, we spent close to an hour trying to contact someone from “Get Your Guide”. Their automated chat feature did not allow for the problem that we were having. We had to wait for someone to talk to. So, be mindful of all the details that they provide regarding what your tickets allows. The venue was really cool to see!
