The trek itself was very interesting and views were phenomenal. The guides were really nice too, offered to take photos and had very good english. The only problem was that they forgot to pick us up from our hotel in the minivan, one hour later 2 people arrived late and panicked to collect us but they only had motorbikes which we weren't comfortable riding on but we had no choice. We arrived late to the tour and had to rush the first hour to catch up with our group. From there it was very smooth and enjoyable. A moderate level of fitness is required for this trek, especially if its a hot day. Overall a very enjoyable experience, we were just unlucky with the transport.

It was a great activity , 10 km trek through bamboo forests, local villages and rice terraces, the guides were all the way helping us through the difficult paths, we were introduced to some local village homes , and a lovely local lunch .Highly recommended if u want a full active Day at Sa Pa.

We loved this trip! It was perfect since we had a short amount of time in Sapa and well worth the price. Keep in mind that it is a treck, there were some older people in our group who didn’t realize how much walking we would be doing, but they managed okay. You’re walking downhill on slopes a good portion of the time, and on dirt and uneven roads after that. GREAT way to learn and se the culture!!!
