The purchasing process was very easy, reasonably priced, and convenient (no waiting inline)! The instructions on how to download and use the audio playback was excellent! Unfortunately, the audio portion had no relationship to the Acropolis & the Parthenon! I didn't use the audio portion, and therefore I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5!

It was nice to have an e-ticket ahead of time. The Keytours staff was very responsive and helpful to change my date and provide my preferred time slot to visit the Acropolis site. I could not download the App without internet so I wasn’t able to use it. However, it was an easy path to follow to Plaka from there. I was not allowed to skip the line as the ticket says and ended up waiting in a long line past my reserved time slot but they let me in eventually. The site itself was chaotic with lots of crowds and no signs for directions. You just have to ask around until you figure it which was a time waster and very stressful. Overall this was a good experience and worth the value.

Visitors should be aware there is no staff to direct you to the right line up. Just keeping asking other visitors to end up in the right line. The Acropolis closed for an hour due to heavy rains. Staff said they would try to accommodate our time but no commitment. When the gates opened, so many line jumpers despite presence of security. The site itself was marvelous; however, be aware women toilets do not have seats and were generally not well cleaned.
