Full description

Escape Dubai and travel to Abu Dhabi on this comprehensive full-day tour. Learn about the rich history of the capital city as you travel along the Gulf Coast and visit the amazing Sheikh Zayed Mosque.

Be picked up from your hotel for the drive to Abu Dhabi. Along the way, you will pass by Jebel Ali Port, the largest man-made port in the world.  In Abu Dhabi, your first stop is the iconic Yas Island, which features the stunning Yas Links Golf Course, Yas Viceroy Hotel, and the Yas Marina F1 race track. Stop outside Ferrari World for a photo stop. Soak in the sun as you view the developments of Yas Island from the sea. After the photo stop, continue along Corniche Road to the upcoming development of Saadiyat Island. This island aims to become the cultural hub of the capital city with various art and culture venues planned in the future.

Visit the Louvre Museum located on Saadiyat Island. Follow your guide as they help you enter the museum with your ticket. As the largest in the Gulf region, the Louvre Abu Dhabi museum displays both classic and modern works of cultural and sociological significance from all over the world. Once inside, walk through the promenades and see sunlight shining through the museum's iconic dome, built to resemble palm leaves. Next, get a glimpse into life in the past at the Abu Dhabi Heritage Village before a short lunch break at Marina Mall. After lunch, your tour will continue along the picturesque Corniche Road and on through the city to experience Abu Dhabi city life.

See the magnificent Emirates Palace, old traditional Emirati houses, and a Majlis (traditional meeting place) in the Al Bateen area, and the Al Bateen Palace. Finally, visit the spectacular Sheikh Zayed Mosque. This opulent construction accommodates over 300,000 worshippers and welcomes Muslims and non-Muslims from around the world. This beautiful mosque is known for its diverse Islamic architecture and pure white color.

Following the mosque visit, your tour will return to Dubai where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel.

The trip to Abu Dhabi was very good but there was two things which let it down. First, on our way to Abu Dhabi we had to stop at the petrol station for the petrol - that should be organised before the trip not during. We waisted there about 15 minutes. Number 2 - the yacht cruise was boring - nothing to see and nothing to do there. The rest of the trip was very good. Our guide was very attentive and explained a lot about the city, buildings, people etc. The lunch was also good and overall it was a lovely trip.

Everything was excellent, just 2 things could be looked at? the timings, 2 sets of times were sent to me but the driver turned up in between these times. Lunch, not everyone wants a "eat all you can" lunch.

It was a very pleasant tour, our guide Rashid was excellent, he was funny and very polite, during the whole trip he was explaining/describing our surroundings. We were dressing shorts, so he stopped in a mall so that we could buy some pants so we could enter the mosque. The whole tour was very good, Abu Dhabi is a very beautiful city. I truly recommend this tour
