Efficient pick-up service with WhatsApp message the day before, short visits, good guide speaking very good English, very comfortable bus, however the maximum number of participants was not respected, we arrived more than 1 hour late in Puno and the lunch box was replaced by a lunch in a tourist restaurant (the buffet was good)
