This tour was fabulous! Constantine was so accommodating and attentive to our needs. He picked us up early because our cruise ship was leaving before midnight. Since it wasn't quite dark enough yet, he took us to see a place overlooking the lights of Narvik. It was beautiful, all the lights looked like gold. Then we drive out of town to a dark rural area to wait for the Northern Lights. We didn't wait long - the Lights appeared just after we arrived. Constantine was so helpful in telling us how to adjust our camera settings and took a great picture of us with the Aurora Borealis behind us. It was a magical! We spent about 1.5 hours taking pictures of the Lights, then headed back towards our ship. Constantine pulled off the road multiple times when he noticed more Lights. We have many, many beautiful and unique pictures of this phenomenon. Thank you, Constantine, for helping us check off our "bucket list" something we have wanted to see for years!
The tour itself is a simple round trip from Kiruna to Abisco. When the aurora appeared strongly, we got out of the car each time and set up time to shoot. The number of people on the tour was 7 people, so it was easy to move. Even when we arrived at our destination Abisco, I was able to enjoy the aurora slowly without any time limit. I would like to participate again if I have a chance. Grazie!:)
The experience was 10/10! Constantin was an amazing guide! He knew where to go and we could watch the Northern lights for the entire tour. The transportation was nice, and he even offered snacks, water, and wine! His companion was super fun too! If you go to Harstad area during winter, it is a sightseeing worthy experiencing!
It was a fantastically beautiful event with a perfect guide! It took almost an hour before we saw the Northern Lights, but our guide Constantin entertained us perfectly and in a very entertaining way and encouraged us to wait. We learned a lot from him about the appearance of the Northern Lights. It couldn't be better!
