Explore the Pekmarkt flea market – which has a different theme every day of the week – and browse through goods ranging from textiles to fresh local produce. Amble through the historic Nieuwendammerdijk, a quaint urban village that was once a late medieval settlement, and stop off at Pllek – a post-industrial local hangout near the IJ waterfront housed in old storage containers. What people are saying about A’DAM Lookout - Amsterdam Observation Deck

Overall rating

4.4
(2,932 reviews)

Good value for money - able to access 3 events once we arrived in Amsterdam. Had an issue with booking events as GoCity booklet wasnt letting us book but both Heineken Experience and Rijksmuseum helped us with booking when we got to venue. Explorer Pass was great but the booking in for attractions was difficult via the guide email

Initially after purchasing the card we had trouble booking time slots due to the websites being down. I contacted Iamsterdam via Instagram and they resolved the issue immediately. Overall it was definitely worth the money.

Since we mainly wanted to visit museums in Amsterdam and lived 20 minutes from the center, the Amsterdam City Card was perfect and was 100% worth it.

It was perfect, I just felt I didn't spend so much time in some places, but is normal because we visited 4 villages in less than 8 hours

If you want to see a lot, the map is a good idea. Parking fees in Amsterdam are also high, so public transport is the better choice.
