My boyfriend and I were visiting New York for the first time and we were very excited to visit the 9/11 museum. We original booked the tickets and were under the impression we had tickets for the 9/11 museum and memorial, however they were tickets for the tribute museum. When we arrived to the correct museum we were greeted with open arms and given directions on how the flow of the museum worked. As we started walking through the museum we met the most wonderful tour guide. His name was Gorden Huie, he went on to tell us his amazing and heartfelt story of his own personal loss and experience on 9/11. Godren made our entire experience there one of a kind. We left with a different perspective and appreciation for those who risked their lives saving those involved and those who lost their lives. We would recommend this Tribute Museum and would go back in a hearbeat. Thank you to Godren and the 9/11 Tribute Museum for an experience we will remember forever.

It was great that it was not so crowded, not even when queuing, and you had peace and quiet to see everything and read. When booking the tickets it was not clear to me that there are two similar museums on the subject. But tip: it is not so crowded here!

    Emotion

Museum created by the families of the victims of wtc ..... We wanted to show our teens the events of 9/11. This museum describes things with emotion and makes you aware of the shock it has been. One hour visit very well organized with the pragmatic spirit of the Americans. Attention, a little difficult to find because three blocks from the new wtc and ground zero.
