We did the early entry tour (8.15am)! It was amazing! We had the museum to ourselves and our guide Grace knew every detail of the 9/11 history. I would definitely recommend this tour even though it was early morning.
An absolutely beautiful tribute to all people affected. Very moving and emotional. Its beyond comprehension when you see the many many photos of the almost 3000 people who lost their lives. Took 2.5 hours to go around the museum and then theres the memorial outside where the south tower once stood. Got to speak to one of the Guides in the museum who it turned out was an actual survivor who had fled the 82nd floor of the south tower. He lost 23 colleagues that day which would be very difficult to process. A lovely gentleman. I was choking back tears at this point. Would recommend a visit.
