I definitely recommend on using the guided tour to 9/11 Museum as your introduction as the information and exhibits are vast. You can then go back to the areas you want to spend more time at. The Museum was very crowded even at the 1030AM time slot for n a Sunday morning. It’s extremely emotional.

Arrived at ticket time and by passed the queues. Says to bring headphones but you can get for $10 with audio guide. Can download audio guide to phone and use own headphones but still $10 and need full battery power. Just easier IMO to purchase theirs.

A must see whilst in New York. You definitely need more time than they suggest to get round everything. Didn’t know they turn off the memorial park fountains before the museum shuts so it was a bit disappointing to not see those to full effect as we went in the afternoon so if going then make sure you leave time beforehand for seeing them
