Experience the world of Greek wine through a private experience, assisted by an expert sommelier. Learn about the different local grape varieties and the history of wine production in the area. Try 3 different types of wine, paired with the most delicious treats. Receive an informative introduction to wine education, including some of the best international and Greek varieties, types, and categories of wines and grapes. Afterward, your sommelier will tell you about the different stages of wine tasting. Put your newly acquired knowledge into practice by tasting 3 fantastic Greek wines: white, red, and rosé. Each of these will be paired with small bites of authentic Greek food products for a wholesome experience.

Wine tasting for wine lovers includes: an introduction to the world of wine, in which we will briefly mention some of the best international and Greek varieties, a short description of the wine making process and the types and categories of wines. Then we will talk about the stages of wine tasting in theoretical, as well as practical level, by tasting four (4) Greek wines (White-Rose-Red, 50ml each) of different styles which will be thoroughly described. The wines will be paired by quality cold cuts and cheese from small producers.

The wine flight consists of four (4) wines, we start our tasting journey with a glass of sparkling wine (150ml) produced by the most historic winery on the island of Rhodes but also the first in the production of sparkling wine in the country, we continue with the next three (3 ) glasses (50ml/Glass) with selected wines made from the most important Greek varieties found on the island and of course the best producers. We have designed a food and wine tasting menu aiming to your utter delight. Original Greek and Rhodian flavors paint a clear image of the gastronomic orientation of 10GR wine bar towards the new era. The dishes are paired with 6 exceptional wines from the Greek winery, which perfectly outline the contemporary Greek wine scene. Our tasting menu showcases the importance of harmoniously pairing food and wine and with the guidance of our expert Sommelier, we offer a complete culinary experience. Your wine and food tasting will include a tasting of 5 courses and 1 dessert. Six of the dishes will be harmoniously paired with a 75ml glass of wine. This culinary journey will take place under the guidance of an experienced wine expert/sommelier who will offer all relevant information about the dishes as well as the chosen wines.
