Dear, unfortunately I did not do the excursion scheduled for that day, since after waiting as I was agreed (10am Club Regina) they never came and when the hotel employee contacted they told me that they had happened to look for me at the Tropicana hotel !!! !!!!!! I rescheduled for the day 13, 9.45 Loby Playa Los Arcos, I was on time, at 10.30 I left, after 1 block they called me, it was Jaime who came to look for me, to do the tour, which I had done courtesy of Regina club It was more of the same !!!!! I contacted the company and requested a refund since the agreement was not fulfilled. I did San Sebastian satisfactorily. I hope to respond shortly Liliana Garcia
