PREMIUM JEEP SAFARI IN SOUTH CRETE

Departing from Rethymnon or Georgioupolis area, we drive southwards towards Amari Valley. We pass through magnificent gorges, and traditional villages discovering the rural life of Crete. We make brief stops for our Guests to take photos at Potamoi Dam and the artificial lake of Amari and we'll make a small walk into Patsos Gorge. Through the mountains we come to our next stop, the village of Spili. This traditional village is famous for its 25 lion head springs with cold water running all year round. Tourist small shops sell handcrafts and souvenirs. We'll drive through Kerame village, and we'll see the lacy coastline and the Libyan Sea, the Paximadia and Gavdos islands. After some dusty road, we come next to Preveli Palm Beach where we'll get our lunch. After lunch, we'll visit Preveli, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. where you can enjoy the Palm trees' shadow and swim in the river or the ocean. On the way back, If we have enough time, we will visit the famous Preveli monastery. Coffee stop at Plakias village. We drive through Kotsifou Gorge climbing the mountains again and having beautiful views of the wonderful, wild, impressive nature. Back to your accommodation.
