This was THE BEST activity that we did on our vacation! Chef Chlorinda and Chef Miguel were amazing and we were fortunate to have them all to ourselves! Everyone at the hotel, from the bartender to the dishwasher, were extremely helpful and engaged. We felt like celebrities and it couldn’t have been a better birthday celebration for my friend, who turned 54 that day! Thank you so much for the experience and all the knowledge we gained!

Use fresh, natural and organic ingredients of the land. The class is hands-on so you will be doing the preparation alongside the chef. At the end of lesson, taste the fruit of your 'job'. We had a great time! We were given wine, fresh mozzarella, and olive oil to try first. We made eggplant parm and fresh ravioli. We were given tiramisu for dessert. I wish we got to make dessert, too! We also had a nice wine with lunch. Overall great experience!
