The guide was great but we wait too much to Go (about 50 min) and to come Back (50 min as well)
Our Vatnajökull Ice Cave Guided Tour was an unforgettable experience! The adventure started with a scenic car ride near the cave, followed by a short walk around the glacier where we learned fascinating facts about the area. Our guide, Önundur, was exceptional—knowledgeable, funny, and incredibly attentive to everyone in the group. The highlight, of course, was exploring the ice cave itself. The shimmering blue ice was breathtaking, and we had plenty of time to take amazing photos and soak in the beauty of this natural wonder. It was the perfect mix of adventure, learning, and memory-making. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Iceland—it’s a must-do!
