Our guide was incredible. Very well informed and well spoken. The whole tour did feel a bit rushed in places but that is the nature of visiting such a busy place however our guide always gave good time to see things and waited for the whole group to catch up before moving on. We went for the 7am tour which was beneficial as we were one of the first groups in and it seemed to only get more crowded after that. The experience was definitely worth it, a must see if you are in Krakow!

Easy process throughout, from finding the meeting point to the actual tour itself. Our guide was extremely informative and passionate about the content, always going to individual groups if they had further questions, wanted to know more about a particular topic and providing good recommendations for further reading.

We went early in the morning, taking advantage of the discounted rates. It proved to be an excellent choice as the crowds were still scarce. The tour proceeded seamlessly, and the guide was highly knowledgeable, providing a clear understanding of the history of Auschwitz. Furthermore, we appreciated the small van used for transportation instead of a large bus. We returned by 2:00 PM, which allowed us sufficient time to explore other attractions in Krakow, such as the salt mine.
