Family with two kids (11/12)….we a great couple hours on the boat…sittings under comfortable sunroof with nice gentle breeze, lots of interesting things to see, listening to tons of information, enjoying good snacks, simple food and drinks along the way (the waffles with vanilla ice cream are amazing) and having very friendly staff taking care to make the trip as pleasant as possible for all. Recommendation is to be there early to choose the seating area that fits best for sunroof /open/ closed area….. bring sunglasses and a hat/cap…if it rains the can close the entire deck with a see through glass cover… to get a great 360 view of Berlin it was a great add on to the bus hop on/off we did a day before .

I found the cruise to be very interesting and enjoyable. I don’t speak or understand German, so I needed to use the hand-held device that translates the narration into other languages. It worked very well. One word of caution: bring sunscreen and sunglasses - if it’s a bright, sunny day, you’ll be glad you did.

The staff was attentive and always tried to make up for the corona-related restrictions with good service despite the limited range of food, the ship was clean, but you could see him. the years on the main deck, the information about sights came off the tape, but was very extensive
