This was very disappointing and I believe a scam, they contacted me the day before asking for flight details for pickup which I provided. Upon arrival and after Get Guide took payment they did not show up for pickup. I attempted to call them at least 10 times and sent messages through what’s app and no response. I had to then pay for another transfer and I will be seeking a refund. I have also contacted Get Guide to make sure they don’t allow these operators to continue to use them as a platform.

What an amazing service! Direct airport pick up by luxury van. We were then brought to the waters edge to board a beautiful boat to our hotel. Drivers for both were punctual, professional and polite. Looking to book our return!
