You need to come to the office of Fred Olsen with your passport and your voucher at least 15 minutes before departure in order to receive your boarding pass. Do not board the boat without your boarding pass.

Know before you go
- You must book more than 48 hours in advance if you plan to bring your dog
- if you want to add some of the services for pets, pet sofa, cage or travel with carrier on board you have to pay directly at the terminal
- All dogs require their health card (for all dogs older than 3 months) and civil liability insurance
- Any other pet must have an official veterinary certificate of not presenting an infectious or parasitic disease in force (valid for 7 days from the certificate date)
- The return ferry from San Sebastián de La Gomera is available for departure according to the following schedule: Monday to Saturday 7 AM – 2 PM – 5:30 PM; Sunday 8 AM – 2 PM – 5 PM
