Travel along the lavender road on the Valensole plateau on this half-day tour from Aix-en-Provence. Capture pictures in the lavender and sunflower fields. Uncover the secrets to making lavender products at a local lavender distillery.

Meet your guide at a centrally-located spot in the city of Aix-en-Provence. Ride in a comfortable and air-conditioned minibus to the Valensole plateau. Stop for pictures a stunning locations along the lavender road. 

Have some free time to take pictures and enjoy the lavender and sunflower fields which bloom between June and July. Visit a local lavender distillery to find out how lavendin essential oils, olive oil, and honey are made.

After your visit to the local producer, understand the difference between Lavender and lavendin. Return to your starting point in Aix-en-Provence at the end of your tour.

Era meu sonho conhecer os campos de lavanda, é esse tour tornou esse sonho inesquecível. O guia Thomás foi maravilhoso, trazendo contexto histórico de uma maneira muito divertida para passarmos as 4 horas juntos, num grupo desconhecido, mas totalmente engajado no passeio. Great trip with a great guide! We spent what felt like a good amount of time (15-20 minutes maybe) in two different fields with incredible views of fields and mountains. We also got to go to a local lavender merchandise shop and spent a little bit of time in a local town where we got lavender gelato and other desserts. We did a lot in a short amount of time and our guide did an amazing job throughout the entire trip. Totally recommend if you’re not into doing a full-day trip!

Era da molto che desideravo visitare i campi di lavanda in Provenza, e grazie a questo tour sono riuscita finalmente a farlo. Caroline, la nostra guida, era molto preparata e molto simpatica! Parlava molte lingue quindi è riuscita a includere un po' tutti nel gruppo con le sue spiegazioni. Abbiamo visto un paio di campi stupendi e il villaggio di Valensole, dove abbiamo anche provato il gelato alla lavanda. Il prezzo del tour un po' caro forse, ma comunque ne vale la pena. Grazie della bella esperienza!
